Shipping & Turnaround

  How long it takes  

Proof:  3–5 business days from receiving your photograph. 

Revisions:  about 2 business days per round of changes. 

Printing and framing:  3 business days after you approve the proof. 

Delivery:  2–5 business days, ground service. 

Most orders arrive 2 to 3 weeks after your photograph reaches me. 

 Two things worth knowing. The clock starts when your photograph arrives, not when you order — so send it the same day if you are in a hurry. And the clock pauses while a proof is sitting with you: if it takes you a week to reply, that week is not part of my estimate.  

If you are working to a birthday or a memorial date, say so when you order and I will tell you straight away whether it can be done. 

Shipping

Shipping is included in every price. Framed pieces are shipped insured to their full value. Prints ship flat and protected. 

I ship within the United States. For anywhere else, email me before ordering and I will quote it. 

If it arrives damaged

Photograph the box and the piece before you unpack anything further, and email me the same day. I will replace it. You will not be asked to pay for a second one, and you will not be asked to chase the carrier — that is my job, not yours.
