What I collect
When you order, I receive your name, email, shipping address and what you ordered. Payment is handled entirely by Stripe — I never see your card number, only the last four digits and confirmation that it went through.
When you send photographs, I receive the images you upload and anything you tell me about your animal or your room.
What I do with it
I use your details to make and send your order, and to answer you. That is all.
Your photographs
Your photographs are used to make your portrait. I will not use your images, or the finished portrait, anywhere public — not on this site, not on Pinterest, not in an advertisement — unless you tell me I may. If I would like to show your portrait, I will ask, and “no” is a complete answer that changes nothing about your order.
I will not add you to a mailing list because you bought something. If you want to hear from me, there is a sign-up form and you have to fill it in yourself.
Getting your data removed
Email diane@noblecompanionstudios.com and ask. I will delete what I hold, other than the order records I am required to keep for tax purposes.
